Bob The Builder Years...

After Brambly Hedge I moved into the next studio to work on our new show 'Bob The Builder' which had been filming for just under a year... Its rise in popularity was incredible, before anyone realised the studios were growing, the crew was growing & Bob was taking off in a big way! We had no idea how popular it was going to become...

The Early Days... On the set of Brambly Hedge

After my graduation, I was put straight onto a show called 'Brambly Hedge' They were stop-frame half hours specials. The stories were from children's books by an author and illustrator called Jill Barklem you can find out more about her here...

Only eight, half hour shorts have ever been made and I was privileged & fortunate enough to work on the last four; The Secret Staircase, The High Hills, Sea Story & Poppies' Babies
